Here’s just a bit about me.
Yesterday, in San Francisco there was a food fair and I went with some friends. It was packed with people standing in lines, looking for their favorite foods or something that might become their favorite food. Me too, I was looking for my favorite foods. Alas, there was very little for the gluten intolerant, vegetarian. This is not uncommon and I’m use to the fact that in the regular world there are few Fabulous choices of food for me. Luckily I love to cook and I don’t resent others finding their favorite fluffy wheat desserts and savories, of which there were many. My friends though, are distressed by my lack of choice and apologized much to often as they ate their favorite new foods. I’ve been tested and gluten intolerant since 2001. And just so my friends know, I am clear that being wheat free is my choice, for my health and I love gluten eaters and their fluffy sweet smelling desserts.
